We are still consistently having issues with Microsoft hotmail, live and outlook users unable to locate e-mails sent to them.
Again, we ask all clients who use these e-mail clients to firstly, ensure if you are unable to locate an e-mail sent by use to make sure to check all JUNK and THRASH folders.
And secondly, if you have your mail set up in applications such as Thunderbird, are you sure you can see all your folders? Unless you have set up your e-mail to IMAP it is unlikely you can see all JUNK folders and therefore you need to check your mail through your web browser.
