That's fantastic news. I prefer PPTP on my windows laptop rather than OpenVPN.

The BT UK Residential VPN which we had to withdraw temporarily for various reasons has now been re-introduced.
All active UK VPN subscribers please contact us on the usual e-mail address for set up instructions. This is the PPTP protocol which is especially useful for windows laptop users but can also be set up on all other versions/devices through the integrated VPN software.
**Update: As of 1st August 2016, the BT Residential service is now supplied in the OpenVPN protocol.**
